Ingredients
  • 5 whole raw pecans
  • 2-3 pitted dates
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauli
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tsp Honey (or Agave Nectar)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 cup Oatmilk (or almond milk)
