WHAT TO BUY

1 cup Red Mill's Gluten-Free Old Fashioned Rolled Oats

2/3 cup toasted unsweetened coconut flakes

1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter

1/2 cup ground flaxseed

1/3 cup honey or agave nectar

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips or cocoa nibs (you can sub in dried fruit or nuts as well)

1 tsp Turmeric Powder

HOW YA DO IT

  1. Add everything into a mixing bowl. Mix well. 
  2. Roll into 1-2 inch balls. 
  3. Place balls into an airtight container and place in the fridge so they solidify. 
  4. Makes 15-20 bites depending on how big you roll them
